Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Cover Now website (cover-now.co.za) or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pipeline IQ (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Cover Now platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Cover Now is a lead generation platform. We are not an insurer, broker, Financial Services Provider (FSP), or credit provider. We do not:

• Issue, underwrite, or manage insurance policies • Provide financial advice as defined under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) • Act as an intermediary between you and an FSP in a regulated capacity • Guarantee that you will receive a quote or be accepted for any financial product

Our service is limited to collecting your information (with your consent) and connecting you with authorised FSPs and registered credit providers who may be able to assist you. Any financial product you take up is a direct agreement between you and the relevant FSP or credit provider.

To use Cover Now you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age • Be a South African resident or citizen • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

By submitting a quote request you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria or who provides false information.

When using Cover Now you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in all forms and submissions • Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable South African law • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data • Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from our platform • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your information submitted through our platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these obligations.

By submitting a quote request you explicitly consent to:

• Cover Now collecting and processing your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy • Cover Now sharing your personal information with the matched FSP or credit provider for the purpose of receiving a quote • The matched FSP or credit provider contacting you via the contact details you provided

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred prior to withdrawal. Once your information has been shared with an FSP, you will need to contact that FSP directly to manage your data with them.

Nothing on the Cover Now platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All content — including guides, calculators, glossary definitions, and educational materials — is provided for general informational purposes only.

You should not rely on any content on our platform as a substitute for professional financial advice. Before taking up any financial product, we recommend consulting a qualified and registered financial adviser. Cover Now accepts no liability for decisions made based on information provided on our platform.

Cover Now connects you with third-party FSPs and credit providers. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for:

• The products, services, pricing, or conduct of any FSP or credit provider • The accuracy of any quote or offer made by an FSP • Any agreement entered into between you and an FSP • Any dispute arising from your relationship with an FSP

All FSPs in our network are independently licensed by the FSCA. Credit providers are registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR). You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before accepting any financial product.

All content on the Cover Now platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Pipeline IQ (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent. You may print or download content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable South African law, Pipeline IQ (Pty) Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform • Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform • Any loss arising from the conduct, products, or services of any FSP or credit provider we connect you with • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed R1,000 (one thousand Rand).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipeline IQ (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms • Your provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation • Any dispute between you and an FSP or credit provider

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
